Three bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people in 1 x super king-size double (zip/link – can be twin on request), 1 x double, 1 x single.
New walk-in shower room, basin and WC.
Fitted kitchen, Utility, Dining room and Sitting room with open fire.
Full gas central heating, with additional heating from open fire in sitting room.
Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility.
Smart TV, DVD, CD/radio, DAB internet radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Free WiFi.
Power and starter pack for open fire are included in the rent.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Cot and highchair.
Off road parking for one car in rear yard (but several of our guest park two cars), additional roadside parking available.
Communal lawned area to front of cottage with benches, next to the river.
We welcome walkers and can provide undercover cycle storage.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
