Terms & Conditions

  • Short breaks are available off season November – February excluding Christmas, New Year and School holidays.
  • Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday unless otherwise agreed.
  • Arrival time is 3pm and departure time before 10am.
  • Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.
  • The cottage is no smoking including e-cigarettes.
  • No candles due to fire hazard (excluding birthday cake candles).
  • The cottage sleeps a maximum of five guests.
  • Deposits paid are non-refundable at the owners discretion.
  • All funds must be cleared two weeks before the holiday start date.
  • Vehicles and contents parked at the property do so entirely at their own risk.
  • No Bicycles must be stored in the property, we offer storage with a key provided at the owners own risk.
  • We are a pet free house but cannot guarantee that a guest has not had a pet in the house. Therefore we are not liable for any illness caused by pet allergies.
  • Breakages or damage must be reported to the property owner and paid for by the guest.
  • You agree to allow the owner or representative of the owner including trades people access to the property if needed with reasonable advanced notice. No notice needed to be given in an emergency.
  • The property must be left in the same condition that it was found. You may get an extra cleaning charge if the property is not left in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday.
  • You will not allow any other person other than you and the booked guests use the facilities and amenities without permission from the property owner.
  • The property will only be used for the purpose of a holiday or private accommodation.
  • You can not arrange for visitors to come to the property or hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings)
  • Failure to comply with any law or condition may result in guests being asked to leave early with no refund given.
  • No electric vehicles to be charged from the house power supply.
  • eBike batteries must not be charged overnight due to fire risk.
  • By booking 5 Ribble Terrace you agree to the terms and conditions.
