  1. We had a fantastic week at Ribble Terrace. Spacious traditional stone cottage. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Mark and Debbie were very welcoming and called round on the first evening to make sure everything was OK.

Great base for exploring the Dales with lots of walking from the front door. Restaurants, shops etc all close at hand.

Thanks Mark and Debbie, we will be back soon.

  2. We stayed for a tenth time at 5 Ribble Terrace which should speak for itself about our views on this house. It is very well situated in a beautiful spot by the river in Settle, only a short walk to the town centre which has shops, cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of walks which can be done from the house itself and only a short drive to others such as Malham Cove and the Yorkshire Three Peaks. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with all you need for a walking/touring holiday. Mark is an excellent host who lives close by and is always on hand should you need anything.

  3. This is a spacious, traditional Yorkshire house right on the river. It’s spotlessly clean, comfortable and well-equipped and has its own yard for off-street parking.
It’s a 5 minute walk into the centre of Settle where there are cafes, pubs, restaurants, convenience stores, curiosity shops and so on. It’s conveniently located for exploring the Dales.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was communicative, friendly and flexible when we were booking and he called over on our first day to ensure we had everything we needed.

    We would definitely return here.

  4. We had a lovely week at Ribble Terrace (25/03 – 01/04/2022), a very spacious, warm and welcoming house. Settle is a pretty town full of good tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and take aways. Ribble Terrace is in an ideal location for walking from the front door or taking the train or bus. Very handy washing machine and dryer following long muddy walks.

We had a fabulous week at the cottage fantastic weather and in such a great position.
It’s within walking distance of local amenities or ideal starting point if you want to go further afield.
The cottage is well finished and has everything that you need for a relaxing stay.
Thanks Mark and Debbie hope to see you soon.

  6. Another fantastic week at Ribble Terrace. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very warm and comfortable.
It is a great location for walks from the door, as well as further afield in the dales. We had a very dry and sunny week for the beginning of March.
Plenty of eating places in Settle, as well as cafes for a cup of tea and cake at the end of your walk.
Mark and Debbie are always very welcoming and helpful. We will return again soon.
    Many Thanks
    David and Helen
